I absolutely love L Spa in Frisco! The vibe here is super chill and welcoming—easy atmosphere that makes you feel comfortable right away. I’ve seen Helen, Mina, and Amy, and honestly, all three are amazing. They really know what they’re doing and each has their own touch that makes the massage feel personalized. The hot stone treatment was incredible—so relaxing—and they even worked in some stretches that helped fix my back pain. I walked out feeling lighter, looser, and way less sore. If you’re looking for a spot where you can truly relax and get real relief, this is it. Highly recommend checking them out

Beautiful and serene spot in west Frisco! Both Mina and Helen do a great job! Pressure was just right to work out most of my knots and the hot stones at the end were a nice surprise

This was my first time visiting and the experience was very good. Jean was the therapist and she had very good strong pressure and moved slowly which allowed my neck and shoulders to relax, breaking down the knots from working on a computer all day. It was very comfortable, clean spacious rooms, relaxing lighting with moon and star theme, and I will definitely go back!
