Ok don’t ask me why I’m just doing a review because they should’ve been had my review!! I moved in the area a year ago and finding a good fully stocked beauty supply was impossible. About 6 months in I saw they had a grand opening and came in!! 100 percent they are just like the stores in pg county that I was used too. Had selection off wigs, tracks and all the hair care products. Even showed me new things. The best part of my experience is always MiMi, she works the wig section and hair section in the back. This lady is so special to me. She never looked at me funny or gave me an uncomfortable feeling. She was more then happy to help and even stays the same if there is a hard to deal with customer. She should be recognized more because everytime I come there, she greets me the same way

This was my first time shopping at this beauty supply store. Mimi was so AWESOME and very helpful in my experience. She had a sense of knowing exactly what I was looking for without me explaining anything to her. That was pleasantly shocking to me. Just because of my experience with Mimi, this store will be my first choice to make purchases. Thank you, Mimi!!!

For the holidays, I purchased a pocketbook A fake Louis Vuitton that I supposed to be selling and they telling me I can’t even get a store credit. I wanna call the Better Business Bureau.

I receive excellent customer service specifically from Ms. Mimi. Every time that I go to this store I look forward to seeing her! She is so pleasant, kind, and helpful and she always has a helpful answer and suggestion for whatever new hairstyle I am trying that day lol She consistently goes above and beyond offering thoughtful suggestions while showing patience and kindness! As far as the store itself they have a nice sized selection of products, wigs, and hair. It is always clean. I would recommend it.

Hi, all. I am a frequent shopper here at Knew Beauty. Every time I visit Knew Beauty, I am always greeted and taken care of, by Sales Professional, Ms. MeMe. If you're looking for impeccable customer service and top notch hair( wigs, bundles, 27 pieces, braiding hair) please stop in. What i do not understand is, how a sales Professional gives complimentary discount cards(20%) to existing and new customers to use and when it's time to check out , the store manager does not honor the promotion, the Sales Professional hands out to the buying or non buying customers. Please help me to understand, if the sales Professional ( Ms. MeMe) is handing out promotion discounts, why is the store manager not honoring the discount?
