I’ve come couple times these last couple years since they were robbed, but the quality of service went down recently. I told my hair stylist the haircut I want and I wanted a faded on the side, but kept saying “number 1”. I insisted the faded, but ultimately got the number 1 and my hair was too long on the sides. I told her to cut only a little bit on top, but she kept cutting my hair and was too short to even style now. After the haircut was over I had to wait 5 minutes to pay and was late for work. Cannot support this type of business anymore. 8/24/25 9:40am

Don't go here with a POOR ATTITUDE or try to scam a free haircut. I've been there about 100 times and they've always done a great job. If you treat people well they will treat you well. It's not worth it to set an appointment just try to go there when there aren't 3 or more people waiting in the lobby. Owner Jenny paid for beautiful artwork on her building to STOP THE GRAFFITI. She and her staff really care about the entire neighborhood. Everyone works extremely hard here. I've known this place for almost a decade. Maybe you don't go on a Saturday morning because it's really busy and of course REGULARS go first like every other business I've been to. Their MEN's haircut is $15 can't be beat. I was paying $40 at Sports Clips for a really bad haircut and a hot face towel after tingly shampoo

Worst people. I requested to do violet/purple color. They put red and kept saying that the color is purple. I paid the full amount but very dissatisfied and disappointed. They told me they will put black in my hair again as i don't like it but never said that they did wrong.

I've been gatekeeping this place my entire life, but these ladies are incredibly skilled at their job. Long or short hair—it doesn't matter. This is genuinely one of the best haircuts I've ever had!

A friend of mine told me about this place 10 years ago & I have been going there ever since! I have continued to go there even when I moved out to Auburn. My regular stylist is Jenny one of the owners & I love her! But I have had a couple of the other stylist cut my hair when Jenny has been on vacation or maternity leave and was pleased with their work as well. The manicurist is quite good too & her prices are lower than some of the other places I've been. You can make an appointment or drop in. They are open 7 days a week! I guarantee you you won't find a better price anywhere & definitely one that does as good of a job for the price they charge! Give them a try!
