Worst nail experience I have ever had sloppy didn’t care and rushed me out of there if I wanted to look like I had press ons I would have went to cvs instead . Never again

Went in around 1 and was told to come back at 3 for a gel manicure, which I was so grateful for as they were sooo busy. My nail tech was so kind and absolutely killed it. Just what i asked for. Feel so much better with a fresh light pink gel mani! They even squeezed me in for a pedicure once I saw how much I loved my nails. Great place, totally will be going back! Thank you!

Upon walking in I generally was excited to try this place as it was the most recommended. The place itself was clean and smelled amazing, I had no issues making an appointment. My pedicure was pretty good besides the fact they don't use a razor which is most likely illegal, but they don't spend a good amount of time scrubbing your feet to get the dead skin off which I prefer. My gel pedicure is still staying strong and it looks good. But my nails are another issue, he was really rushing to do my nails, I asked to make them really squared and thin, the thinnest was decent but the shape was completely round. He never put a top layer of base coat before painting my nails with gel polish which you need to do. So therefore a few days later of course my nails started to chip, and another nail br

My first time visiting Kim's. The place is super clean and the staff is friendly. My tech, Joe, was very detailed oriented. My gel manicure and pedicure were amazing. I also liked that I stayed with one tech the whole time. It's also very peaceful there. Suggest making an appointment!

I called to make an appt. I tried calling twice throughout the day but no answer, so I walked over to see if they could take me. They were too busy so asked me to make an appt for next day, so I did. Appt was 1:45 I didn’t get taken back until 2:30. I got dip and they didn’t cut or push back my critical so the dip lifted shortly after.ive only had them two weeks and need to get them redone. Now the clear polish is coming off
