Worst customer service ever no professionalism I booked an appointment for braids on THEIR booksy website I call to ask where the location is because I pull up to an abounded building…. They answer with an hostile attitude telling me that’s not how it works and that I should have called I then say why is your guys website have a booking open and available pluse a cancellation fee with it he then says be professional buddy I called him buddy back and then he gose crazy likes he from the streets 😂 don’t book with this place there horrible with costumers and worse in your head they completely messed up my hairline 3 years ago and I never came back I only booked again 3 years later to get braids because there’s nowhere around… smh save your money and time and don’t book with them.

I'm actually pissed off, but don't even know who to complain to. I have 3 boys who regularly get shape ups or cuts or whatever you want to call it here at the shop in Rio Grande. We went in today around 4:30pm. I left my boys there to get cuts and then i walked over to the dollar store on the other side of the parking lot, trying to kill time instead of sitting and waiting for them. Approx 2 hours had gone by and I didn't get any calls or texts from them asking to be picked up, I went back to the shop to find out what was going on. My boys had still not been seen for their cuts, and told me all 3 of the barbers that were there when we first arrived had left saying they would "be right back". It was now about 6:30pm at this point. I waited around another 15 mins or so. No one came back. The

Same as others on here, do not use google to book, or whatever app they have that they book. He never answers the phone. I booked, showed up to the address listed here, says "show up to the other location" WHAT OTHER LOCATION? I had too find his other location on instagram, I show up and they say he does not use that app. Ok...so why still have it up? Anyway, I make a claim with my bank and they say that they got evidence that the client checked in on the app. So its all a scam to get basically free money from a "Benny".

The Taper was good and I honestly like it however I’m not a big fan of the lineup. I even start second guessing myself and wondering if I had too high of an expectation for my hair. I went through old photos to see if this is what my lineup was usually like and it wasn’t, all I’m saying is that a barber’s talent is in the lineup. For a service that I paid good money for, I walked away feeling disappointed. My forehead feels huge as one side of my lineup is carried further back and one side higher than the other.
