Sunrise Nails Spa

I tried 6 nail places between the Villas, Rio Grande and Wildwood and finally found Jenny and Nia who are hands down the best nail techs! I have been going here for a year and I love it here.

Called for an appointment at 1:00 didn’t get seen til 1:30 and it’s now 3:30 and still waiting for them to fix the mistake they made. I paid 55.00 for pedicure and 10.00 tip to be meet with an offer of refund of 5.00 and told to come back another day to fix it. If I would have known I would have now paid. Very frustrating and unprofessional customer service. As I am here waiting for them to fix their mistake another women walks in with an issue and is issued a full refund no issue and when I asked what’s the difference the owner got an attitude and told me I can leave. I am so annoyed and flabbergasted by the way I was treated.

Jenny is the only person that does my eyebrows and I love her! But everyone that works there is always so nice. It’s such a comfortable atmosphere!

I came here for the first time on my friends’ recommendation. And I absolutely loved it!! Jess is so kind and did my nails exactly how I wanted them—you’re amazing, Jess! Everyone was so warm and friendly. I loved my nails and them all!!

Nia does an excellent job on my lashes. She has a solid technique and is very personable. My nails and wax came out great.
