They were great! I did a gel removal and giving me acrylics. The lady who did my nails (I didn’t get her name) was great! Removing my gel, she rotated between soaking in acetone and slowly filing it off my nail. She didn’t get aggressive about picking or forcing it off and kept feeling with her fingers to see where some gel remained. She also made sure I knew what I was asking for especially before she started cutting lengths and got into the process of acrylics and she REALLY knows how to prep a nail without causing heat or discomfort on your nails. Her control of the acrylic beads was also insane! She was great! My acrylics aren’t super thick and fake looking either!! Still a very natural nail thickness and I still have a natural looking nail curve. I asked for super short acrylics so t
