Was just helped by the best guy named Rudy. He made sure I found exactly what I needed and talked to me about my skin type so he could assist me in choosing the best sample products for my skin concerns. He was extremely pleasant, and the store is beautiful and clean. Thanks, Rudy!

Kiehl's in Santa Monica is so great. The staff especially Heidi is so sweet and knowledgeable. Products are all guaranteed and tons of samples make everything easy to try. Tons of products for the entire family even the dog. Love these products!

Had a wonderful facial with Rudy, he explained the products that work well with my complexion ! And even got a nice hand massage ! Feeling refreshed !! Definitely worth trying the new products !!
