Customer service and image is everything to me. When I visited this location, Parrish has some of the best customer service I've experienced in the Bay Area, and I've lived here for almost 5 years. She was friendly, genuine and relatable while going over the best products for my skin. It made it easier to believe in what she was saying because her skin is flawless and I had faith that mine could get to that point if I used the products she recommended. It was such a satisfying and fulfilling interaction and I cant think of a more pleasant and peaceful shopping experience. I will definitely come back when I need to restock. Thank you Parrish.

Absolutely the best Customer Service I have ever received. A huge shout out to Ms. Parysh for helping untangle the mess I made of my on-line order. I called the store and explained what happened when ordered online, and that I would be in the following day to pick up my products. She remembered our conversation and personally took charge of making it right. I can't thank her enough!

I went to this store yesterday and I was snubbed by the sales person, super elitist yet he is black like me. Whatever his problem is, is not mine but I felt unappreciated, snugged and belittled. If you go inside this store, make sure you are wearing designer clothes otherwise you will be ignored. Horrible customer service. Pretentious and unnecessary

I hadn't been to this location in a while. I went in to just grab one or two things and the friendliness and pressure-free attitude of the employees that we're working just now had me getting more than what I needed. I loved the atmosphere they had and even though there were only 3 employees at the time they all greeted me and the person who rang me up was amazing and explained the products very well without saying too much.
