Kiehl's

I've been to this location several times and this visit was the first time I didn't feel welcome. My sales clerk was indifferent. I'm an easy sell at Kiehl's. I wasn't offered any additional items and had to ask about samples. This won't deter me, but I will hold off buying if the woman that helped me is the only one on the floor not assisting other customers.

One of my favorite Kiehl's locations in the world. All the staff here is extremely sweet and knowledgeable. Love coming back here!

Wondered in one day and to my delight was treated to a high tech complimentary skin evaluation that helped me plan next steps. Don’t really do too much for my skin but am excited to use their starter kit. I feel my visit was kind of life changing. Thank you to Lisa - so kind, thoughtful and helpful. 😃 Entire staff including Lisa and Sade were quite engaged in their job responsibilities. You get the impression they really care.

Awesome customer service and dog friendly! Big store with huge selection. They even have a gift wrapping station—wish I bought something to get it wrapped, but I was there to recycle my empty containers.

had a great experience a couple days ago! ariane was super knowledgeable and patient with my questions, and did a full skincare routine with me despite it being nearly closing time. she shared her favorite products with me, but also took my unique issues into consideration when making recommendations. I ended up purchasing the eye recovery cream, and walked out with a bag full of samples too! camille was also great - super helpful, personable, and supportive of her colleague. 10/10 experience, can't wait to get my skin damage analysis next visit (scared....). Thanks team!
