This location was very nice and clean. My sales associate Kiana was super helpful and very kind! She offered me the skin analysis and made sure I found all the products I needed. The nourishing avocado mask is a 10!!!

My friends and I had a blast. Rachel and Josh were professional, kind and well informed on products! I would come back just for them!

I am from Pittsburgh and was visiting a friend this past weekend. She has been wanting to change her skin care routine and knew I was a good source to help her with that. I told her while I was there, we should visit Nordstrom to get some LaMer and Kiehls samples (protip) since that is typically what I use. We just happen to be walking by this Kiehl's store so we walked in. I have never had a better customer service experience in my life. Monica gave us the most informative experience and let us try tons of different products, while explaining each product and when and why you'd use it. My friend and I ended up buying some stuff to try. I love Kiehl's products and learned so much more by our trip to this store. I plan on calling and ordering from Monica in the future just because I was so

Went here for something specific. Assistant told me she didn't believe Kiehl's product line for that something specific worked, and instead assured me I'd have better results with a different line of Kiehl's products. I spent a couple hundred bucks upon her recommendations. A month on, and my skin looks terrible. Just because these people wear labcoats, doesn't mean they know what the F they're talking about.

Wish I could rate it lower. Visited the store on 8/31/19 at 11 am. Store ASM was totally unwelcoming, Did not greet us or at make us feel welcome at all. She gave us the impression we were bothering her and we were the only customers in the store ( now I know why). She was totally indifferent to our presence and even offensive. Best to order online............
