Kiehl's Georgetown

I visited this location because my wife loved the products. Everything is specially created to resolve real skin challenges. Shout out to Derek for helping us find exactly what we needed. This store provided an exceptional customer-centric feel. The samples really helped narrow down the brand that worked for us.

Disappointed and Confused by Poor Service I had an appointment for a Kiehl’s skincare dexa scan at 6:00 PM and arrived promptly at 5:55 PM. When I walked in, I saw several staff members in white lab coats, so I smiled and let them know I was there for my appointment. They all just looked at me awkwardly until one of them said, “Sorry, we’re closing at 6 today.” They usually close at 7. I was confused and explained politely that I had an appointment booked for 6:00, which I made through their system. Another employee repeated that they were closing at 6 — again, polite in tone but completely unconcerned that the system allowed an appointment they clearly had no intention of honoring. Caleb was wonderful. He profiled my skin with the machine, gave thoughtful recommendations, and walked me through all the products he recommended and loved. He was fantastic and my overall experience was great. I will be sure to tell my friends to go in and look for him!
