If I could give zero stars I would, I don’t know why I tried this place again, but I stupidly did all I asked was for a nail extension on one nail and they said yes, they could do it and then she proceeded to take off the old nail extension and try and do it on my original nail. they’re unclear about their services and what they can provide. then they tried to tell me that my short nail was as long as the rest of my nails and tried to gaslight me that I should continue.

Do not waste your money. Go somewhere else!!!! Terrible service. I paid $120 for a gel mani/pedi and within 3 days the gel was peeling from the base. I returned to have it fixed and was told it was normal nail growth (what?!). I have had gel polish for years and usually it lasts several weeks all the way up to over a month without peeling or chipping from the base. I was dismissed and they were very rude about it. I wish I had paid in credit so I could get a refund.

Went to get pedicures with a friend, we made an appointment and waited quite awhile after our time. They put me in a chair but took forever to turn the water on. All which we got over but when leaving they were very aggressive about the tip and forcing us to take their Venmo. I got a pedicure for 35$ and my friend got the same type of pedicure just asked for gel and they charged her 60$. Would not return.

Really disappointed in my experience here. What was supposed to be a treat to myself suddenly became stressful when they tried to change the price on me twice. I wanted a spa pedicure and asked to see the price list. They said they didn't have one, but told me it was $55 and came with paraffin, hot stone, etc. When I said I would do it, another lady came and corrected the first and said it was $60. I was slightly annoyed, but no biggie. Could have been an honest mistake. However, after they got started, they proceeded to skip the paraffin and claim it wasn't included after all. What? Either be consistent or get a price menu. That's unethical. You can't quote a price and then change it after you have started. They wanted an extra $20, which I refused after much back and forth. Ruined my moo

This is the go-to nail place for my mom and I. All of the nail techs are great, but recently Lisa went above and beyond to create the nails I needed for a friend's wedding. The place is always clean and everyone is always friendly. Also, great color selection for both gel and regular.
