I come to the hair store all the time! the products are easy to find, great customer service & the workers move fast!

I’ve been to this location twice because of convenience and I didn’t like it at all. When you walk in the store it feels like you’re in prison. They put walls up to direct where you walk and block you in. It’s like one way in one way out. They don’t help you. They stand at the door just to overlook everything you do. You touch something they appear. They are very over priced and don’t have great selection of finer products. They sale the bare minimum. I asked the guy why does he have the cheap brand of hair tracks if he’s aware the quality is poor and why not get the greater quality? He looked at me and laughed and said he will ask management, then walked off. He was management. RACIALLY PROFILES BLACK MEN!! Black people, STOP going here! I came here at 3:45pm, with MPD in the parking lot and MPD at the door, looking for Andis clippers. Clippers are behind the register, I asked the price, the cashier gave me a price which I thought was overpriced. After some conversation, a line grew behind me. Stepping aside and allowed another customer to be serviced, I asked to see another brand (which I’m unfamiliar with) of clippers. The cashier told me “No”. I felt that I was racially profiled considered all of the security in the store and in the lot, why can I not look at the clippers? He then told the Black woman worker not to help me as she too was confused with my treatment!
