I had a great facial with Morgan at Mill Run. It was such a fun, relaxing experience. She has the perfect touch and gives great suggestions. Highly recommend. Also - I've seen Sara at the same location for hair for 20 years and she's amazing. She's an expert at what she does and always a treat to see. Kenneth's has the best staff!

Had Kristen stand in for Olive this week and she did an amazing job! I’ve always thought French was hard to pull off, but Olive created a beautiful silhouette that matches my style perfectly and I love it so much. She is soo personable and makes you feel like a close friend when you’re sitting at her table. This is the second set I’ve gotten with her (plus a pedicure) and I couldn’t be happier. This is my favorite location. They’re so kind here. I started coming here when we lived nearby and now that we’re almost 45minutes away I still make the drive because I feel safe and cared for here. I’ve enjoyed all the stylists I’ve seen but I just saw Jordis and she was so lovely and did such a great job consulting before starting I felt great going into the hair cut and she made my vision come to life. Will definitely be coming back to see her!

This place looks big and fancy. But it's not worth it. Today , I had an appointment for hair perm with Annika. But I had a terrible customer experience. The person who was doing my hair. She had another client at same time as mine. What should take forty five minutes took her two hours. And she messed my perm too. Once you apply chemical , it was too much and my hair started burning after 2 minutes so she wasted it just in 2 minutes. My hair wasn't perm at all. They ended up charging me 96$ anyway. My hair isn't even perm at all. This feel like total rip off. It like they hire anyone, smaller businesses salon does best then this place. Full of ego and high and might act feeling i got from them.

We get great service here! Our usual stylist was not available last week, and Alyssa generously made time for my color and trimming my bangs. She did a great job, and was personable and friendly!
