Rolfing with Keith is an essential part of my health care! Keith is a very thoughtful Rolfer and approaches each session with integrity. His office is also very welcoming. Keith is highly skilled, professional, experienced, emotionally and intellectually intelligent, caring and supportive. He has been a valuable and steady resource in my life for many, many years. Not only is he amazing at what he does, Keith is a lovely soul.

I went to Keith because of pain in my left hip. After only one session, the pain was gone. Ease of movement has come back and I feel like my body sits differently on its frame. I highly recommend trying this type of bodywork out, especially if you’ve tried other things like dry needling, massage, and physical therapy without any long term relief.
