I really love the ambiance of this place so I came back, I love the music and the dim lighting of the room while getting a massage. I like to feel that sleeping is okay while getting relaxed. Today I had Tiffany and she was great! I love how she performed and explained the service after. She made my day :)

Kanna Spa exceeded every expectation from the moment I walked in. The space is beautifully designed — serene, elegant, and instantly calming — like stepping out of the world and into a sanctuary. The staff is incredibly welcoming and professional, taking time to understand exactly what I needed and tailoring every detail with genuine care. My therapist was outstanding — highly skilled, intuitive, and deeply attentive — one of the best massages I’ve ever had. Every touch felt purposeful and healing. The aromatherapy, heated table, and flawless ambiance elevated it to a true 5-star wellness experience.

I've been a loyal client of Kanna Spa for over a decade, and I could not be happier with my experiences receiving deep tissue massage therapy there. I'm proud to support a local small business, and I have always been impressed with the care and attention to detail that Tiffany Campbell has taken in running the business and caring for clients. I have absolutely no trouble arranging appointments at times that work for me and the business. And I cannot say more about Pao as a massage therapist. She is skilled, accommodating and always delivers. I look forward to continuing to support Kanna Spa!

Unfortunately, my massage was mediocre. My masseuse wasn't paying attention to my asks. I asked her not to touch my injured leg and palm, but she touched them a few times after I mentioned it. I also asked the massage to be less light /firmer five times, and it was still mostly very gentle stroking. The same happened with other asks, where I haven't felt heard. It wasn't too bad, but I felt that my masseuse didn't pay much attention to my requests or forgot them very quickly.

I had a massage from Pao at Kanna Spa. We've come here over the years and the staff is friendly and very very good at their craft. The facility is always super clean with relaxing music and many treatment options. We love Tiffany the owner. She makes it a point to ensure great service. We'll definitely be back!
