Bosna did a great job on my eyebrows! She shaped them exactly how I wanted and really took the time to fix them. They look so clean and even. I’ll definitely be coming back!

During a threading service, the technician cut my daughter’s skin. The injury was visible and actively bleeding. When I raised concern, the staff dismissed it and insisted “those aren’t cuts,” despite the obvious physical evidence. That response was deeply troubling. Rather than acknowledging the injury or showing concern for my daughter’s well-being, they minimized what had clearly occurred. Threading is a technique that requires precision and care, particularly when performed on a minor. Accidental nicks can happen in any cosmetic service, but the appropriate response is transparency, accountability, and basic customer care. Great experience here. Was in town for a conference and had some downtime to take care of some beauty grooming with eyebrow threading. Though it looked empty and quiet inside, once I stepped in, I was greeted and taken care of in the chair right away. My eyebrow threading went smoothly and I felt confident to take on the week of standing at a booth and interacting with conference attendees. My threading stylist was fast, efficient, and friendly, and price was reasonable. Conveniently located near downtown Seattle (near The Seattle Convention Center, where I was staying near), so I just rented a scooter to get to this place. Thank you and I'd gladly return when in Seattle!

Upasna and Sophia are the BEST. So happy with my brows (tinted, shaped and threaded) by Sophia. And my lashes (always super full and fluffy with very little fallout, I can go 3 weeks without a fill and they still look great) by Upasna. Since I initially started getting my lashes done back in 2021, I've tried and variety of different salons and Kally Threading is definitely my favorite.
