Keiko did a fantastic job!! I got 5 inches cut off my hair and I love the result so much. She communicated clearly before starting the cut to make sure we were on the same page and walked me through the whole process. Keiko was very friendly and thorough — I felt very well taken care of! Would definitely come back again. ❤️

I had the pleasure of working with Keiko for the first time today! I called ahead and didn’t realize they were close today but Keiko called me back saying I can just come in. I initially came in for a haircut but decided to get a root touch up too! LET ME JUST TELL YOU THAT KEIKO DID AN AMAZING JOB. Her attention to detail (since my roots were crazy and previously colored my hair months before) was exquisite. She was very patient and explained the whole process to me. Her prices were so reasonable too! I would definitely be coming back and letting all my friends and family know about her and her salon!

I had a wave perm and haircut by Keiko, and she did a fantastic job. She was really clear about expectations and thoughtful in her suggestions. 10/10 would recommend. And of course, I loved the results.

I came to Mei for the first time after a recommendation from a friend and she was great! She is so kind and attentive - gives great suggestions for hairstyles, explains every step of the way, and is just super easy to chat with. I went from super long, thick hair to a lightly layered lob and the entire process took a little less than 2 hours (including wash + shampoo). I have tried getting the same kind of style from many different barbers/salons and this was by far the happiest I’ve been! And pricing is super reasonable for the quality. Highly recommend this little family run business :)

I had the super straightening/thermal reconditioning done, and I'm so happy with it! Their prices are excellent and they're very nice. The owner and her daughter are fluent in both English and Japanese. They have robes and water and tea as well. Definitely going to come here regularly. Update two months later: My hair is still very straight! I'm absolutely overjoyed that Keiko-san offers this treatment at such an affordable price. I can't wait to come back.
