Ive been here a couple of times and something very consistent is how painful it is to get longer nails done. It's pretty obvious theyre not used to working with longer nails and as a result are super heavy handed when filing. The end result is fine - it just really hurts. Worse than tattoo pain. I told them multiple times they were hurting me and while they'd pause to apologize, they made zero effort to change their method and thus i had a very painful hour and a half. 5/8 times that i have gotten my nails done here i have left with nails not at all looking how i wanted. If you are looking for anything other than solid color then this place isnt for you. They struggle with design and effects. If you get a full set its gonna be $60 no matter what. I come here every few weeks to get my nails done, and I love it here. The prices are affordable and the quality great. Sophia and her husband Michael are talented and amazing at what they do. The whole crew there is sweet and accommodating. Personally I get the dip powder manicure and occasionally splurge on spa pedicure.

I come here regularly to get my nails done and haven’t had any complaints. I’m a business over myself so it takes a lot for me to write something other than a 5 star review. I went yesterday to get a refill and pedicure before vacation. I showed them a picture of my nails and they said it was no problem. I wanted a French chrome manicure. Once I left I realized that they did not look anything like what I wanted. I called to make an appointment for today, the next day for a color change. It took over an hour just to change my color, however I liked them them at the end. When the girl told me I was finished, she said I’ll see you next time. This is what my feet look like after my “spa” pedicure. I kept pulling away cause I was in pain and the tech kept going she had no idea what she was doing. The pedicure was over an hour long I came in at 6 and did not leave till 720. I didn’t even time to have get the wax yet still got charged for the wax. Sophia said “even If you don’t get wax you still get charged same price”. So why was I charged for the $43 pedicure that includes WAX when you have one for $35 that doesn’t have wax. I’ll never come back. Your quality of work is horrible. Hate to say it
