Just Haircuts

Phenomenal barber with an "old school" and "homey" feel. There are times I'm in the chair and forget I'm even getting a haircut. I have visited this place 3 times. The first time I had a head full of hair and he shaped it up real great for me. Each time walk-ins were welcome and the man made time for me and his other customers. Each time it was the same barber-Joe. A true professional. I make sure to tip him well when I see him. This shop is a staple of the town of Fairbanks. I wonder how many people get haircuts here and exchanged stories with him. Great experiences. Thank you, Joe.

brought my dad here to get a haircut, the guy was very friendly and we did a walk in. don’t be alarmed by the way the place may look, the haircuts is great and quick! the cut was also only $18

Wow! What a great barber shop! Super friendly, super helpful and great to talk with. Open on a Sunday, walked right in and got a great cut. Very reasonable prices leaves plenty of room for a nice tip. I highly recommend this place. Now I don't have to fight to squeeze in a haircut during the week. Love it!

Joe is an excellent guy who knows his shit. He'll get you straight on the cheap, no fluff. Old school and charming. Only $18 for a trim, which is wildly good value.

Really good barber, excellent at his craft. Cut off 5 inches from my hair perfectly! As of June 2025, it's $18 for a hair cut. Cheaper than my barber in the lower 48, perfect for a university student like me! 10/10, will definitely make sure I'll come back
