I’ll start by saying I am extremely picky and hard to please. I’ve gotten my lashes done with Luna twice. The first time I got a removal of what I walked in with and volume cat eye. Second time I got a two week fill and bottom lashes. Luna makes me feel very comfortable. She does not talk a lot but knows exactly what you want. She really took her time and was thorough with the two week refill. She told me my lashes look healthier than the first time. And the prices are very reasonable. I get very impatient so laying there for a long time is hard for me but the studio is cozy and the temperature is perfect which is always a problem for me because I’m usually laying there all sweaty. Got my lashes done a week before my snowboarding trip, and they came out great! I love how professional they were. The service was amazing. I didn’t know the sizes or shape I wanted, so I asked the lash technician to surprise me. This is exactly what I wanted! Came out beautifully ❤️ Thank you, Juju lash! It been 3 weeks since my full set, but I will definitely be going back next week for my refill.

I returned to this salon about 10 days after my eyelash extension appointment, expecting a quick complimentary touch-up as other salons offer. Instead, I was charged two-thirds of what I paid for the first visit. The staff were polite and the salon was clean, but the policy was never clearly explained upfront. Very disappointed with the lack of transparency — confirm the touch-up policy before booking.

I have been going to Juju lash for over 1.5 years now ever since moving to NJ. Luna and Sara are both very skilled and welcoming. They are the best lash techs I've been to!

I was worried because I don’t have double eyelids and my eyelashes are short, but Luna did an amazing job! She is truly professional. Her skills are outstanding. The atmosphere of the salon is also wonderful — clean, cozy, and welcoming. She also shaped my eyebrows, and I absolutely love the result! I highly recommend both the eyebrow shaping and the lash perm. The prices are very reasonable too. She is so kind and friendly. I'm so, so grateful for how beautifully she did everything!
