Since I moved NJ. I couldn’t find a nice hair designer. But finally I found good hair designer. Jay is the best one at least in NJ. Thx. Also parking is very convenient.

I hadbeen to this place before, but this time the service was absolutely terrible. I had made a reservation for both a haircut and coloring, but due to a mistake by the staff, they hought it was just for a haircut. They got upset with me over the misunderstanding, even though it wasn't my fault. Maybe because of that, they told me to stand up in the middle of the haircut and continued cutting my hair while I was standing. It was honestly the worst service I've ever experienced. I'm never going back!

My mother came in with her toddler to use the bathroom because we were traveling to new york city from pennsylvania and it was the closest place nearby. She kindly asked to use the bathroom for her toddler and the workers didn't even look at her or anything, they just immediately said "no!" repeatedly. My mom had to tell them how mean they were for denying a toddler to use the bathroom and they just told her "go to the supermarket". Wouldn't even recommend anyone to get a service here with how rude they treat someone, such as much of a toddler.

I have been coming to Jay Hair Salon for the past 10 years. I always come here whenever I need a haircut. The space is clean, the staff are welcoming, and the service is always great.
