I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I went in asking for a new full set of acrylics, but the nail tech refused and insisted on doing a fill instead. I explained that I wanted a fresh set, but she would not accommodate my request. The entire service felt rushed from start to finish. Because of how quickly and carelessly it was done, I ended up with multiple cuts around my cuticles that were actually bleeding. It was uncomfortable and unprofessional. To make matters worse, not even a full day later, the gel polish has already started peeling and coming off. That should never happen with properly done gel. Between the refusal to provide the service I asked for, the rushed application that caused injury, and the poor quality that didn’t even last 24 hours, I am requesting a full re

I prefer a very natural, 'quiet luxury' look for my nails, and it’s surprisingly hard to find a tech who can do that well. Most places make acrylics too thick, but here, they are thin and elegant. My nails look like they grew out of my fingers that way! The shaping is incredibly precise—I asked for a soft square and it is exactly what I got. No lumpy polish, no messy edges. If you appreciate the finer details, you will love this place.

Wasn't overly optimistic in the first 5 minutes. The water was a little to warm so i asked her to add a liit cool, with the sprayer pointed at my foot she, mistakenly, put it all the way to hot and burned the top of my goot. It was an accident. I get that. She was very sweet but no strength in her hands, her foot "massage" was more of a gentle pat. So the first part was very underwhelming. The polishing was flawless! She was very meticulous and helpful picking a color. Maybe just a little more practice. I would go again just because of how great tge polishing looks!
