Received a nearly completely different haircut than the one requested. Haircut is almost exactly HALF the length than the requested length… Also, the technique is not up to professional standard at all. Uneven cut. Most painful haircut of my girlfriend’s life (quoted), and the stylist’s attitude to the dislike of her haircut was unacceptable. My girlfriend rarely does reviews, so I’m putting one for her here. She asked for a medium length haircut that ends at her chest. Even confirmed with the stylist multiple times before the stylist began cutting. From the very first cut, my girlfriend could tell that it wasn’t going to be the length she originally requested. The owner is really skilled and experienced! If I had to choose any person to cut my hair, it would be her. However, be warned, just like every other hair stylist out there for some reason, she likes to chop off way more than you ask for.

I have been going here for 7+ years for haircuts, color and I just got a perm the other day which I love! My hair still feels super healthy after getting it permed. Quick tip: sometimes she tends to cut hair a little bit shorter than you ask, so you just have to remind her to only cut it to the length you want it at.
