Johnny Nails

I wrote a rave review 7 years ago and boy has this place gone downhill. They do not care about their long term clients or even the service that they provide. I have paid at least 200 dollars a month to have lumpy, horribly shaped nails, no professionalism for years out of convenience. I also haven’t gotten a pedicure here in 2 years because it was so bad, i started driving to factoria because id rather pay 100 dollars for a good pedicure than whatever it was that was happening to my feet here. This place used to be so busy and now there is usually no one there. I am apart of the beauty industry and a VERY easy client. The place is dirty and I can not believe I have endured this for so long.

This was the worst nail salon experience I have EVER had! The younger nail tech with long ashy blonde hair was HORRIBLE! She rushed through my fill in, got polish all over my skin and proceeded to tell me that it was dry skin while she peeled away the polish. I even have dried nail polish on the palm of my hand. She was also void of any kind of patience which even led me to ask her if she had a break coming up because she was rushing so fast to get finished with my nails. Definitely not a place to relax in. Anyway as a result my nails are bumpy, the edges are rough and not completely polished. It was such a horrible experience that I even contemplated not paying her...which is so not like me. I would not recommend this nail dump to anyone.

Gel cracked, hole pockets on side where water could get in on 4 nails, 2 days later. I was not able to make it back on that side, due to work...Smh, never going back. It needs updating also, the inside looks nasty. I should have turned around. It's unfortunate

Just bad nails in general. I gave her multiple references and told her very clearly what I wanted and at the end of the day she did not deliver, they were much longer than I asked for and not shaped well at all. The gel was lumpy and not following the shape of the nail. The design was ok but not the best. Overall, would not be coming back here.

Nails turned out pretty decent, but for this price!!?? Place was small & quaint although like to insist on things that you don't ask for/add extra charge. Cleanliness wasn't totally sanitary noticing that some of their tools were used on more than one customer & stations were not sanitized afterwards Pricing on some services seemed to be somewhat rigged for newcomers... prices stated won't be prices you receive You will get an extra service charge for some very basic services that are usually included ...just overall super pricey ... usually would get a Mani/Pedi at the prices they have up..not marked up Returning customers seem to have things standardized with price & service
