She made me feel completely at ease and listens to what I want, offers thoughtful suggestions, and explains everything very clearly before getting started. Sometimes, I could be so indecisive about what I want to do with my hair. With Mel’s expertise and honesty, her work and style have turned out to be even better than I imagined, EVERY single time! Plus, her warm personality and infectious laugh/energy/aura will make your appointment enjoyable and relaxing. Love Joe Hammer salon. I did colour with Joe and repeated it after with Ryan. As well as I do my haircut with Cindy. And can’t be happier enough. Cindy is very talented and professional and her haircuts are always great. My colour is looking like exactly what I want. Very happy with the place.

I had an amazing experience at Joe Hamer Salon! I originally came in for Dax and Lindsay, who were both so kind and welcoming. They recommended Ada for a Brazilian Blowout, and I couldn’t be happier with the results—my hair is now incredibly smooth and straight! I’ve received so many compliments from friends, family, and even strangers passing by. Garrett also gave me a great haircut, and the overall service was top-notch. Plus, the salon offers delicious wine and snacks, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this salon and their talented team!

I had a cut & blowdry with Babs. Super friendly & great to work with! My hair is thick & wavy. A lot of other stylists have complained about how much hair I have but not Babs. She is a seasoned professional. The salon is very sleek & modern but don’t be intimidated. They take walk ins & everyone is very nice!

My mother and I came across Joe Hamer Salon by chance while she was staying at a nearby hotel. We decided to walk in without an appointment, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions we’ve made. My mother had her hair blown out by Ryan, who was kind, professional, and incredibly skilled. While she was finishing up, I decided to get a haircut in preparation for starting law school the following week. Ryan took the time to understand what I was looking for and delivered exactly the look I had in mind. It was clean, sharp, and professional. He made sure every detail was right and gave me a cut that helped me feel confident and ready for the next chapter. A week into law school, I realized the cut, though excellent, was a bit too similar to everyone else’s. I went back to the salon a
