Jenny Nails

I've been here many times with my girlfriend. We both get hands and feet done .I get my feet done most of the time .The ladies are always very nice and friendly, always have smiles .Loves the chairs massaging my back .I highly recommend coming here for great service and a friendly smile and conversation with most of them . Julie is the lady that serviced me today and she is very good at her job .I'm sure we will be back for years to come . I hope that whom ever reads this will give this place a chance become a long time customer.

My friend and I went to get some gel manicures. We had gone before with an appointment and they still made us wait thirty minutes to an hour to see us when they weren’t super busy. This time we went and didn’t have a good experience either. My friend’s nails were too thick, her technician put too many layers on and her gel nail popped. My technician made filed my nails with the drill so much that she left them too thin, to the point where they could bend and as you can see it broke. Not only that but she burned my skin multiple times and multiple fingers with the nail drill in the process. When I went to wash my hands and she went to pull my color she didn’t like my color and convinced me to change. I should’ve just stayed with the color I chose originally. My nails always look great, I have a favorite nail technician, Karen, she is always nice and if there is something I don’t like she always fixes it and makes sure I am happy before I leave. Appointments are easiest with her as she seems to be mosts favorite.

It was my first time going in there they were Very welcoming And got me in and out Also Did my nails exactly how I wanted them And I Absolutely love them
