I would not trust this place for any kind of haircut. If you want a simple straight trim, maybe—but anything more than that is a no. I asked for bangs and ended up with a nightmare. The stylist didn’t get it right the first time. Her hand was shaking because she said she hadn’t eaten, so I went back to have it fixed. Instead of properly correcting it, she eyeballed everything, and I ended up with bangs even worse than before. I went to a different salon to see if it could be fixed, but it was too late. Too much hair had been cut, and there were random, uneven pieces everywhere. She even said she didn’t need to measure anything because she was trained at school—clearly, that training didn’t help. No matter how experienced someone is, they should always check and make sure everything matc

Marlene did an amazing job on my color correction and cut! She got me in for a last minute appointment and was able to fix my hair color and cut. She did a fantastic job!! Definitely going to see her from now on for any hair needs!

Jessica did mine and my maid of honors hair! She was amazing! Both of our styles lasted the whole day/night! She was so personable, and a delight! I hope she sees this!

I came to this salon because my stylist was not available and realized quickly why i wont be coming back to this salon! Donna used to work at this salon as a hair stylist and is my go to stylist still! She is now at Jennys salon and I highly recommend her for all services on hair! Please look her up if you are unsatisfied here!

Got an appointment on the JCP app with Shay for 1pm yesterday, arrived 5minutes early and waited 10 minutes after my appointment time. Never greeted by anyone, didn’t see any employees, asked customer service for help and she went to the back of the salon and found Shay somewhere. I left because I didn’t want her lack of professionalism taken out on my hair.
