The worst blowout of my life. I came in because my hair is thick and it's hard for me to style it at home. I didn't ask for much, just a straight blowout. She did not even shampoo my hair well, put no tension while drying , just added a ton of products and produced a terrible outcome. I have styled my hair better at home.

I was overdue for a haircut, and my naturally wavy gray hair was looking frizzy and weighing me down. After my visit to the Optometrist at the store (who is wonderful) I picked up a coupon for a new customer discount for any service over $30. I didn't dare hope that a salon could take me as a walk-in, but I approached Robin earlier tonight and he was so nice! He immediately took me in and we discussed what my goals were for my hair. After a lovely wash and condition, he proceeded to carefully cut and shape my hair. I could literally feel the bounce come back to my hair and the pieces fell around me. I love that he swept up the floor before drying my hair; I love a clean environment. He used gently dried my hair to encourage the curl and it turned out GREAT! I love it! Of course I pick

I went in to get a color correction for my hair, and Adriana is a master stylist. She bleached and toned my hair to the exact color I desired. I've been to several salons trying to achieve the platinum blonde look, but could never get the color right and the bleach always burned my scalp. I would definitely recommend booking with Adriana. She's a great colorist!

I had an appointment at 1:30 and I din’t get sat down till 2. Only for the stylist to tell me she couldn’t do my hair because she was off at 4 and what I was asking for took too long. She spoke to the manager and apparently I told her I only wanted a root touch up when i called to make an appointment which is not true. This place is so unorganized. I will not be returning which is sad because I had a positive experience before this.

Yesterday I walked into this place for my daughter haircut and one lady who sits in the reception, she did the haircut for my daughter. I clearly gave her instructions on the length of the hair that needs to cut approx. 4 inches length. But she did too short similarly bob cut, she cut my daughter hair almost 9 to 10 inches. and it looks awkward. for one haircut she took 90mins. It is worst experience. I never dare to visit this place.
