JCPenney Salon

Do not go to this salon if you value your time. I made an appointment for Sunday and went during a snow storm only to find out the hair dresser, Lisa Simmons did not come to work and no one bothered to let me know. I tried to give them another chance and made an appt for today on my lunch break with Maria. Arrived 5 minutes before my appt. Maria was finishing up with another client. I was told she would be done soon so I waited. She finished with the blow drying of the other client and then they disappeared into a back room. I waited another 10 minutes and I told them I would have to leave if she wasn't ready for me. I was informed that she was doing another type of treatment on that same client. This was 2 different hairdressers at the same salon that obviously don't care about their clie

Disgusted at the lack of work ethic. Called 24 hours before appointment, told they could fit in highlights, and to come in 11 am sharp. My daughter was so excited. I come in 11 and nobody is here, the schedule has us in for a haircut and a full extension customer at 1130. I have never seen such a horrendous misjudgment of communication on the salon’s part. Had I known I would have called elsewhere but it’s too late now. The hairdresser also never showed up, which is also awful customer service. JCPenney should be shut down I honestly don’t know how they are even still in business. Disgusting behavior, since when do customers get this kind of treat?

As a Spanish person with curly thick air, it's hard to find the right hair stylist but thankfully I gave Bethann a chance and she did an amazing job. She listened and gave me what I asked for without breaking the bank. She gave me the most beautiful root smudge and balayage without bleaching my hair. She also cut my dead ends making my hair look so healthy. If you are in search for a wonderful hair stylist, please stop by at the JCPenney salon at the Milton mall and you will not be disappointed. All of the ladies here are so friendly and welcoming. Thank you so much Bethann, like I said before, I love my hair and it's been a while since I felt like that about my hair.

Stylist was nice but this is the second time she has screwed up my daughters haircut mind you she was sitting still it’s completely uneven really sucks! I will not be letting that stylist touch my little girls hair ever again

I recently came here as a new client after another salon continuously disappointed me with bad hair cuts and burns from waxing. Lisa Marie did my cut. She is sooo good. She talked with me first to ensure she knew what I wanted, she gave an excellent cut, exactly what I had asked for. She had her work cut out for her because the other salon had messed it up a month prior. She was friendly and professional and I will certainly be back. Thank you!!
