Had a fantastic experience with Sara at JCPenney Salon! She did an amazing job with my hair, giving me exactly the look I wanted. The service was professional, and she made sure I was comfortable throughout. Plus, the pricing was very reasonable for the quality of work. Highly recommend her for anyone looking for great hair care at a great price! Will definitely be coming back. This was my 2nd time coming to Sara. She did my hair cut and highlights a couple months ago. Very sweet person also

My girlfriend and I frequently come to this salon she’s actually been a loyal customer for over four years. I’ve never felt the need to leave a review until now, and it’s not about the service itself, but rather the behavior I witnessed during our last visit. What I assume was the manager was loudly yelling the F-word at her employees in the hair area. It was uncomfortable to watch and incredibly unprofessional, especially in front of clients. Beyond that, her tone toward her staff was rude and demeaning there’s a way to correct mistakes without belittling people. On top of that, my girlfriend and I couldn’t help but feel disrespected by the same individual. I recently went to get a manicure with Juliette she did an amazing job. My manicure lasted weeks without chipping. Highly recommend for quality nails!

We went to get my hair done for a Hollywood gala and the hair was not only amazing but the stylists were so kind and did whatever they could so make my hair beautiful. I got a curled, slicked updo and it turned out even prettier than I thought it would be!

Had an amazing experience at this salon and an even better haircut, thanks to Teresa! I originally went in for just a trim, but as Teresa and I got to talking, she mentioned how layers would complement my face shape. And I said, “You know what? Why not—let's do it!” And honestly, that was the best decision I’ve made all month. Well… actually, seeing the flyer for the student haircuts and deciding to spontaneously get a haircut might have been the real best decision. HOWEVER, the layers are definitely a super close second! Anyways, thank you guys so much. Everyone on staff was so incredibly kind and helpful, especially Teresa! :)
