JCPenney Salon

I had an appointment with the stylist Shirley on November 26th at 2:30 pm. She was supposed to do a color on my hair, but she didn't finish by closing time. I paid for a service that I didn't get. The color is uneven, and I'm not sure if it's her fault or not. Shirley should have asked me to come back the next day or set up another appointment to finish the job. The front desk receptionist kept staring at us because we weren't done by 6 pm. The store managers kept coming by to ask how long Shirley would take, which made me uncomfortable as I was getting a service, and they were rushing her. It affects my hair, and I left at 7:30 pm with my hair wet in the rain. I hope I don't get sick. They gave me a JCPenny towel to help, but it was still the worst experience I have ever had.

Janice is the absolute best. I went in to her for the first time a couple weeks back and she cut my hair just the way I like it. Went again today and she didn’t disappoint. Absolutely amazing at what she does and gives great hospitality while she’s at it. I’d give 6 stars if I could, everyone needs to book with her!

Amy is AMAZING! I have booked back-to-back-to-back appointments with Amy because she is friendly, thoughtful, thorough and gives me what I want! I have been to many stylist as a military spouse but they all seem to get my color wrong! I like the “natural” look and my hair is always so much darker and I’m told to wait a week or two for the color to fade but with Amy i don’t get any of that I get the perfect color! I always enjoy my salon sessions with Amy and often refer others to come to Amy! Thanks Amy for always going above and beyond to meet my expectations!

Kelsi is a fabulous stylist, and Lily is a great host. Both are friendly and professional. The entire staff is charismatic and engaging. I'll definitely be back.

Worse hair cut ever!! DO NOT GOO!!!! STAY AWAY. I went to get a cut and ombré or Balayage the “master” claimed that she cannot do it because my hair will turn orange and will not do it! The experience was terrible, she was arguing with another stylist about a clip while washing my hair and the whole time I was NERVOUS. I told her that I will just get a Trim and that is fine. I did not realized the cut was SOOO BAD until i went to another stylist TODAY that achieved a PERFECT COLOR BALAYAGE AND FIXED THE TERRIBLE CUT!!!!!!!! OMG I CANNOT BELIEVE THIS. THE DAMAGE WAS SO BAD PLEASE AVOID, I WILL ADD A PICTURE BELOW. please DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE . the Trim COST 100!!!!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!! the receptionist and " MASTER" were trying to be friendly to COVER THE DAMAGE THAT SHE DID. I d
