I had and appointment with Lizzy she was super friendly and helped me embrace my curls today. She really talked me through how much hair she was going to cut off and made sure I was okay with it before even starting to cut my hair super happy with how I left. Thank you Lizzy.

One of the most time consuming experiences of my life. After roughly 5 rescheduled hair appointments (that I was not contacted for, but rather found out the day of when checking in at the counter) the manager claims to have contacted me about - another reschedule - as she booked another client at the same time and would not be in at the scheduled time. I have 0 phone records, emails, texts to signify that to be true. Maybe she sent a carrier pigeon that migrated further south. Overall, unless you want communication like your ex husband, or none at all - don't come here. Go anywhere else. If you have a stylist you have been with - they seem to do well. If you are not acquainted, you may not be for another 6 to 8 reschedules.

MANAGER LAUGHED IN MY FACE WHEN I ASKED FOR A REFUND. Mj Crockett did my hair and also got two family members to post reviews on here giving her 5 stars so they could try to cover this one up! You’ll see they were posted right after mine.

all I can say is do not go, and specifically with elizabeth. She doesn’t know what she’s doing and will give you an attitude for no reason (I asked for a natural blended balayage and she did this which took her 6 hours)
