Huge Rave to Victoria! She perms and cuts my son’s hair and she is the only one I will go to. The perm doesn’t just fall out weeks later she is THE BEST. I will only use her! She is so nice and caring!
Kim did such an amazing job on a trim and some layers for my hair! Kim is so sweet, talented, and precise..the entire experience was 10/10!
I came in last week for highlights and Leona did a great job! My haircut was amazingly very good! Her blow out was just so soft silky and bouncy!! I will return to her again she is an asset to jcPenney and a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ hairstylist in my opinion!!! Salon manager Kim was treating her disrespectfully while my hair was processing! Other than that I had a great experience with Leona
Leona did an amazing job with my hair today! She was the most patient and friendly person ever. My hair was in terrible shape and color. I just moved to Casper and I went here and got her as my hair stylist. I will say she will be getting my business from now on and my families! I would suggest her to anyone. She checks on you to make sure you are doing okay throughout everything!
