Balanced Healing Salt + Sauna

You owe it to yourself to visit this treasure and experience relaxation and rejuvenation in their salt and sauna rooms. I've been to world class spas and I would rate this space and the experience among them. Tina was warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable. The ambience is stunning and the rooms are gorgeous. I felt like a million dollars after my salt/spa combo. I will be doing this regularly! It is so good for your mind, body, and, I think, soul.

If I could rate them 10 stars, I would. If you were looking for somewhere to calm down and find peace in your day… This is the place to do it. The staff was very kind, friendly and knowledgeable. I felt the atmosphere the second I walked in to the moment I walked out. Hours later, I am still feeling the benefits of the salt sauna in the infrared sauna. I made a second appointment before I even left.

My therapeutic, relaxing, detoxification, meditating and joyful place with Tina ❤️ I can't sing the praises enough of the healing powers the spa provided me while going through chemotherapy and radiation treatments. Allowing my body & mind to process the terrifying road of breast cancer in such a tranquil & supporting space. With Tina's weekly spiritual guidance and support... cancer didn't seem so overwhelming. I live on and so do my appointments at Balanced Healing Spa 🧘‍♀️

Discovered Salt & Sauna this summer during an open house (2022). It has been the best thing I have found! I am always greeted with a friendly smile and happy hello. During my session I love being able to unplug and unwind. Leaving my skin, my body, and my mind feeling fabulous! It is the best self care for myself!
