I’ve seen Kate for massage therapy for a few years, and she is truly exceptional, thoughtful and prepared. She always checks in before each session, asks how I’m feeling, and knows exactly where to focus or avoid. She has an incredible ability to find areas of tension or stress and give them the attention they need. I always leave feeling better in my body and much more relaxed.

This was such an amazing experience! I highly recommend the deep tissue massage, she worked out knots I didn't know I even had! I left feeling like I was floating like a cloud! I absolutely will be back!
