Jay Andrews Salon & Spa

I’ve been coming to Jay Andrews for over 17 years! Connie is the absolute best. I always get the perfect color and cut at every visit. I even drive 45 minutes to get to the salon even though I have numerous salons in the area I live. The salon is very clean and the staff is always professional and friendly.

Cute location. I don’t often get my haircut maybe once a year, so it was nice to be able to treat myself. Maria was charming and friendly. I was happy I was able to make an appointment day of with no issue. Was taken care of in a timely manner while feeling seen and had my needs met. God Bless.

Maria did an amazing job on my hair! She was so sweet and was really easy to talk to! I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to get their hair done. I've gotten mine done a couple of times, but she still explained everything she was doing and why she was doing it that way. Definitely made me feel comfortable. The environment of the salon was also very peaceful. There was an adorable puppy walking around and you could tell the staff genuinely enjoyed their job and interacting with their clients. Not a ton of people in the space as well so you definitely feel like a priority.

Great service by professionals. Nice people, courteous, offer refreshments. Venmo tips are easy. The only complaint I have is that it’s always freezing in there. The door is left wide open sometimes, which is great in the fall but NOT in the winter. It’s hard to go in the colder months because it literally feels like a freezer in the place. I shiver while there and leave with ice cold hands and feet. It is very uncomfortable! I feel sorry for the staff having to deal with that amount of cold all day long. (May as well work outside.)

This salon, the owner and stylists are the best! Beyond kind! Their services are of highest quality. The personal and caring touch is beyond words. I am very grateful for their service and dedication to the community. I have felt cared for by friends for over 15 years and I look forward to many more. Thank you so very much.
