After looking what the reviews it’s obvious something is up. The service just isn’t what it used to be I’ve been going 3 years since a client referred me. I used to drive from every side of town because Micheal the best pink and white set I was blown away. I came today only one other person in the shop but I feel like this was a rush job. I asked for pink and white but he said he would do pink end draw in the French to make the arch higher and look better. I just feel like he ain’t to do it: the nails look bulky polish uneven I just wasted $130 and 2 hours of my day.

I have been a loyal customer at Jax Spa Nails for 6 years and even brought my mother here regularly, but after today, I will never go back. The pricing has become inconsistent; I was charged $40 for the exact same service that cost $25 just last month. Beyond the money, the atmosphere has become incredibly toxic. The owner’s wife, who used to be kind, is now consistently rude and unprofessional. Today, I was actually forced out the door by one of the staff members who claimed the owner was "too busy," despite my long history with this salon. It feels like unless you are spending a certain amount, you aren't treated with basic respect anymore. If you’re looking for a relaxing New Year’s experience, go elsewhere. I am burning hot thinking about my experience with this place I just moved in the area so decided to come here. I was questionable, but I came anyway due to the fact that I was the only one that was in there. I told them when I got there that I just wanted a full set then they kept pressuring me to get a pedicure, but my toes were perfect the way they were they just needed to fill because I get acrylic on my toes. Well, they ended up taking my feet one person and filling the whole new set on top of my perfectly sculptured feet and they ended up uneven, and my big toe was facing towards the left and it looked like I had a crooked toe. I have been going to this salon for years with my daughters. I have also referred everyone here asking about my lashes. I was going here when long lashes were $40, then $50 after pandemic. Please tell me why the last time I was there at end of May, I was charged $70 and had no idea about a price increase until it was time for payment and literally had to pull up my cash app to show that I've never paid that much for my lashes her. Only to be told we went up in March. These are the same individual lashes at the beauty supply shop for less than $10. Small, medium and long, regular or full were all different prices, but now medium and long are the same price, which are all different than the advertised prices on their posted price board on the wall. The first time I went I was super happy with them!! The last time I went I got charged more 110 dollars for a 40 dollar pedi and a fill!! I paid less when I get a pedi and full set somewhere else!! I will not be going back!!
