I love this salon! Jaylin has been doing my hair for years now and I am constantly complimented on it. I send people there with confidence, knowing that they are going to be so satisfied and love their hair. I always walk out the door feeling beautiful. The salon is intimate and I love the way they decorated it. Very different from anywhere else I have ever been. If you want beautiful hair every time without disappointment, Jaylin and Jax & King is the salon for you.

Jaylin is a hair magician. Before I started going to JAX & KING, my haircuts were just ok. Every once in a while there would be an good one, but never anything to take a photo of so you can show it the next time and say, "do this." I consistently leave JAX & KING thinking not only did I just get the best haircut of my life, this might be the best haircut I will ever have. Imagine that feeling of getting a hair cut that looks and feels so good that you think that your hair has peaked. But then I go back 3-4 months later and leave with that exact same feeling! The service is also exceptional. Served coffee, tea, sparking water...you have a whole range of options. Parking can be tough.

I would give more stars if I could! I just let Jaylin do whatever he wants as he truly knows what I would like. (Even when I didn't realize it!) The color is just amazing. My hair styles have been simple (long hair) to a modern bob.

Jaylin is not a standup guy. I paid for 12 haircuts in advance and they did not honor my appointment. I mentioned I was leaving for the east coast. The specific appointment Jaylin did not show up for, was for my religious wedding. He is a decent stylist; notwithstanding, this place is not well managed/organized and their customer service leaves a lot to be deserved. I tried leaving a message, but their voicemail was full and nobody responded to my email. I was upset, but all I asked for was for them to refund the amount for the two remaining haircuts. They did not honor an appointment, and never called to cancel, so I believe this is only fair. The last thing I wanted to do was write a bad review, two months is more than enough to reach out to a loyal customer. I was their customer for ove
