Hands down the best nail salon in Jacksonville — and I don’t say that lightly. I’ve been to nearly all of the top-rated salons in the city, and no one compares to this place. Jasmine and Ana are absolutely incredible. Their customer service is unmatched — they’re warm, friendly, attentive, and genuinely care about making sure you love your nails. On top of that, their talent and attention to detail are next level. They can do so many different styles and varieties, from classic to intricate designs, and everything always comes out flawless. The techs were really nice, but the quality of my pedicure and my friends pedicure was rushed. The polish wasn’t applied with much pride. There’s a lot of unpolished edges, there’s still old polish that was supposed to be removed. My friends polish smeared off despite us sitting under the fans for 30 minutes. Despite it being a very convenient location to my house, I will not be returning.

This is my favorite nail salon in Jax! Jasmine is so talented, her facility is clean and employees are all great! I find her prices to be very fair as well.

Just moved to Jax and have had not so great experience with the nail shops here, as I’m from Georgia. This is the only place that has done my nails Justice lol . Came three weeks ago and my nails are still holding up. Update! Been coming here consistently for almost a year now and my nails are still amazing!

Just had my nails done here for the first time. And it was, pun intended “hands-down”, the best experience I’ve ever had. The place itself is spotless, everyone there obviously loves working there, and the actually quality of my nails, and the suggestions given created a better experience than I’ve ever had at any other salon in my 44 years. A+.
