She’s rude. I contacted her prior before Christmas and she ignored all calls and messages. I still contacted her after she did my hair before that and she confirmed my booking and she never booked it. She double booked me with someone else, I showed up to my appointment and she was an hour late. She didn’t start my hair until 2 hours later. My appointment was at 11am. I didn’t leave until 5pm. Didn’t get to attend any of my plans that day. I’m new to the area. It’s already hard to find a hair stylist. Her communication is straight up horrible. This is someone who’s been with the same hair stylist for years.

If you want a great experience, a beautiful cut, a wonderful price and color that looks so GOOD that it compliments your entire being, THIS IS YOUR PLACE. Quiet, one on one experience with full attention to your styling, cutting, and coloring needs. Janelle is very upfront and will never let you down! Been going to her for years and each cut and color is better and better!
