This place permanently damaged my nails. I went twice because it’s close to my office and got a Russian builder-gel manicure with Claudia both times. On my third visit, I came in only to have the manicure removed and my nails trimmed before a hiking trip. A different technician, Evon, removed the gel by drilling my nails down to the point where I could see the skin beneath them. My nails were left paper-thin, extremely painful, and sensitive to touch and temperature. The first photo shows my nails a few days after removal; the second is from within the past week. They are now shredding, dented, and clearly compromised for the foreseeable future. This level of damage is unacceptable and reflects a serious lack of training. No competent or professional salon should be removing gel this way

I’ve been coming here since April, but in the last three months, the quality of service has been plummeting at an alarming rate. Attaching before and after pictures. These are my last nails (dip), 2 weeks old and look at how BADLY chipped and broken they are ! First nail chipped the following day for emphasis. Worse thing was that I was charged $82 without tip. I’m not coming back.

Jenny is the most professional and painless at waxing. She is the sweetest lady and very good at her job. Her husband always makes my nails beautiful (x5,000). I come here every month!

This is the third time Jenny has done a full leg waxing for me, and I’m always so happy with the result! She’s professional, quick, and very thorough. My skin always feels smooth and clean afterward. Plus, she’s super kind and makes you feel comfortable right away. I highly recommend Jenny!

Came in for an impromptu manicure mainly to get my old gel nails off today, since I was in the neighborhood, and they did a fantastic job. I didn’t catch the name of the male nail tech who did my manicure but I don’t think I’ve gotten such a through manicure in awhile - he even gave me more cuticle oil on my way out the door (that’s why my fingers are oily in the photo)! Definitely recommend this salon for anyone in need of a quick and reliable manicure.
