I absolutely hate, leaving bad reviews or disagreeing with service workers as I’m one. but I went this past Friday as I was going out of town for a quick no chip polish by the next day they were already chipping off from the edges and not from the cuticles. Let me make that clear.. I would have come sooner to get them fixed, but I was out of town so I came in today to ask for them to be repainted as five of them had now chipped three days later. I did not get a manicure. I just got no chip polish, which I do all the time In Chicago. When I came in and first explained the situation to the owner, she told me she didn’t know what service i got. I really don’t want to give a bad review because the owner and the other employee were nice and friendly, but I really felt like our visit was too much. We had appointments at 1pm and came in early. We choose our nail polish and the owner started working on one of us removing the gel polish. 30 minutes later came the other employee to remove my gel polish. The whole process of removing it and applying extensions took 2 and a half hours. And even after so much work, our nails just had too much gel on them and the work was very sloppy. I had to ask the owner to correct mine at least 2 times and after that I just gave up. After spending 3 hours here to get a simple remove of existing and apply new gel, which at other salons has never been more then an hour and 15 min, we were exhausted and ha

I’ve never found anyone better at nails than Jennifer! She is a perfectionist and always into the newest styles. I’m so happy. They also take amazing care of my kiddies when I get their nails done. I will be going to this place forever!

I hate to give this nail salon 1 star because when I first went and got my nails done, I had a great experience. I went to get my nails done for my friend’s wedding. I decided to get acrylics with no color… so a sheer pink. Picture attached is from the same night I got them done originally. The owner did my nails and we had great conversation. I truly did like how she shaped my nails and how I was treated there. After I went home from the first appointment, I realized that I didn’t really like how sheer the color was on my nails. I ended up making an appointment the next day to have them painted over with nail polish so they weren’t so sheer. Let me preface that I went into this nail appointment with the intention of paying to get my nails fixed since it was my fault for not saying anythi

Had a great experience with this place yesterday and it wasn't busy. Really nice people and the lady took her time to make sure My nails were perfect. I got the " little Kitty" 🐈 cat eye color! Will be back again 😊
