I usually receive good service when I visit. However, my experience was disappointing this afternoon. The esthetician who performed my face wax (I’ve had her before) seemed either to be in a rush or possibly not in the best mood. The service felt noticeably different from my previous visits. She turned my head quite aggressively during part of the face wax process, which felt uncomfortable. It gave the impression that the service was being rushed rather than handled with the usual care and attentiveness. Additionally, after the waxing was finished and my face was cleaned, there was still visible wax residue left on my skin. Overall, the experience did not feel as thorough or considerate as it normally does. I probably won’t return for waxing services. That said, I’ve had henna done there b

I love the way Neeta shapes and tints my eyebrows! I literally won’t let anyone else touch them because she always gets them perfect everytime! She is very sweet and professional. 10/10 highly recommended!

Recently discovered this place after Tulsa messed me up BAD. These ladies carry themselves with professionalism and they do a damn good job! I love that they actually listen to what I want and the work really speaks for itself. Will keep on coming back <3

I just wanna say that Miss B an Nitti do a really Amazing job on eyebrows tinting and lip threading. I’ve seen this place go through a lot of owners however she does an amazing job. Give her a chance she let my eyebrows go from block to hello❤️❤️ she even run some good specials on Tuesdays
