Today’s course for disinfection and sterilization was more helpful than I expected. Aliona explained everything with care and made even the complicated parts easy to understand. Her teaching style is calm, clear, and very supportive. She really puts effort into her students. She went through every detail, shared important information, and made sure we all followed along. Been going through a terrible last 2 weeks and wanted to do something nice to pamper myself. Set up a whole day for my nails, lashes and a pedicure. Wanted to come here for a Russian pedicure. Less than 24hrs before my appointment, they canceled me cause because another one of their clients canceled and they didn't want to wait on my schedule/appointment time. Really not a good way to run a business. Especially one that will charge you if you cancel less than 24 hrs. She didn't even give me enough time to schedule an appointment elsewhere.
