Ivo X Umbrella Salon

Ivo is an amazing hairstylist whom I trust completely. My hair is curly and extremely difficult to manage, but his skill and precision make every cut look beautiful—especially when I prefer it short. I regularly receive compliments on my haircut, even from people I don’t know. He always recommends what’s truly in my best interest and never prioritizes his own short-term benefit. His personality is also wonderful—kind, thoughtful, and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Ivo and his exceptional talent.

Diana is fantastic! She understood exactly what I wanted and walked me through exactly how we'd achieve it for my face. My new short cut is better than I could've hoped for thanks to her!! Not to mention I felt like I was chatting away with one of my best girlfriends. I've also had cuts with Duran and Bill and they are wonderful too. Highly recommend!

I have two issues with Ivo x Umbrella salon that made me question their practices and integrity as a business. The first issue was when I went in for a gloss treatment; the treatment overall turned out great, and I appreciated how the stylist listened to what I wanted and gave suggestions during the consultation portion of the appointment. However, when it came time to pay, the price that the stylist stated was not what was listed on the booking page. I wish there was more transparency in pricing on their page for services that are "à la carte" versus when you combine services for appointments. The next huge issue was when I came back almost two weeks later for a Brazilian Blowout. At this point in time, I was aware that the use of the OG Brazilian blowout formula was banned in California

I have been coming here for a few years doing my hair with Ivo. He’s absolutely the best at highlighting my hair. My hair grows for a few months with the highlights blending very naturally. The salon is very nice and everyone is super friendly. Definitely recommend this place to anyone.

I have been going to Ivo Salon for almost a year now and am very pleased with the wide range of services and products I’ve purchased (ranging from haircuts, color, treatments, and styling). I’ve had my hair done by all three of the main stylists, and have been satisfied each time! 👍 Ramon recently did my up-do for my wedding it was gorgeous (see 1st pic)! And Ivo recently did some amazing color work to naturally blend my roots, giving me the most natural looking hair I’ve had in all long time(see 2nd pic).
