Walls and floors aren't well insulated so you can easily hear conversations from adjacent units but, the units are big with everything you need to run a small business. Secured parking in the basement. Central courtyard is very nice with seating, shade, and a water feature.

Came here for a meeting. Gotta love the free parking right next to the building in an empty lot. That just never happens in Seattle. Quite a diverse group of companies on-site. Everyone was very friendly, including the shipping and receiving guys who helped me with the keypad for the door lock. I let some random employee of Tasso (?) know that the keypad would not work, and I was pleasantly surprised when she thanked me profusely & went right out to investigate. Way to be productive! Anyway, the meeting suite was very comfortable and the ambiance was highlighted with an open sky courtyard inside.

The managing staff is unfriendly and unprofessional, while the grounds are poorly maintained. Public restrooms are either consistently broken or filthy, many times both. Spaces are cramped and feel cheaply built.

We rented space from Interbay Work lofts for a few years and we're very happy with the experience. Mary, the on site manager, was a true professional.

I was there to do a medical research study for a company that makes medical supplies. The property seemed to be in good order. That's about all I can reply on.
