Integrative Bodywork - Massage Therapist and Somatic Coach

I have been a client of Brigitte's for over 5 years and I have always been impressed by the quality and diversity of her wellness services.. She is receptive to her client's needs and very skilled in a variety of massage and related therapies. My regular massage is an essential part of my well being and general health. In my experience Brigitte works hard to familiarize herself with my specific needs and conditions to ensure the most beneficial experience possible. The space is always clean and inviting. Her services are superlative and her experience is vast, Brigitte is a true healer.

I’ve never experienced bodywork like this before. Brigitte has such an intuitive touch, it’s like she can read exactly where my body holds tension and emotional blockages. After just one session, I felt lighter, more aligned, and deeply connected to myself.

This place is SUCH a hidden gem. Brigitte is superbly gifted as a mindfulness coach (guided meditation and breathing, etc) and as a masseur. She has an effortlessly calm, healing vibe that just makes any awkwardness or reservations you may feel going in dissipate. She is very professional and explains things very well. Most impressive to me is that while sometimes with small businesses like this you never know what you're going to get, Brigitte's establishment has all the luxury touches that you'd expect at a high-end corporate spa in a 5-star hotel or something along those lines -- beautiful decor and lush, comfortable towels/massage sheets, etc. Even the bathroom is exquisitely decorated/stocked. Experiencing a massage at integrative bodywork is truly healing in a myriad of ways. As my body experiences the benefits of massage, I share things with Brigitte and confidence-And I Experience feeling heard. When I left out yesterday to go on my walk, I put my mask on and it’s still had all of the scents of the room and of the oils used during abhyanga massage, it brought back every level of healing that occurs in her space and reminds me how important using every sense to heal can be.
