Extremely disappointed my hair is completely damaged, I’ve been to Inizio Hair Salon before, and had a great experience with Camelia. She did my hair and cut beautifully, exactly what I asked for, and my hair was healthy, soft, and easy to manage afterward. Because of that positive experience, I decided to return this summer. Unfortunately, that was a huge mistake. This time, my appointment was with Tyler for a balayage, haircut, and blow dry at 2:00 PM. I didn’t leave until around 8:00 or 8:30 PM, six hours later, and my hair wasn’t even finished by the same person. Chevelle is hands down the BEST! She is an attentive, knowledgeable, and caring stylist who is truly passionate about her work. Not only does she do an amazing job on my hair every single time, but she’s also constantly offering helpful tips on how to care for my hair between visits. I always leave her chair feeling confident and refreshed. I can’t recommend her enough!

TLDR: Loved my experience here and would absolutely recommend anyone with natural type 4 hair see Chevelle. I booked a silk press and cut with Chevelle for last Saturday. The young woman at the front desk was very friendly and I think I waited less than 1 minute for Chevelle to come out and welcome me. From the moment I arrived, Chevelle made me feel like I was in great hands. She listened carefully to me as I described what I wanted--and knocked it out of the park! When I moved to the area, I chose Inizio Salon strictly based on the high google reviews, and by a lovely stroke of luck found myself with Alyssa. I've been a loyal customer for about 2 years now and have always been extremely happy with my color (hi-lites or low-lites or whatever I need) and cut. Not only is she a great stylist, but she has an amazing personality! Not only does my hair turn out wonderfully, but It's a pleasure to sit with her to chat and laugh. The salon is a pleasure to visit: All the stylists are very welcoming, and you immediately feel the warm, friendly vibe. Highly recommend!!
